Zion Sunday School for 2019-2020 Begins September 8th!
Christian Faith Formation and Education for Ages 3-12. Class is held during the 10:00 a.m. Service. Drop off begins at 9:45 a.m. Our curriculum theme for the 2019-2020 Sunday school year is from 1 Peter: “Once we were no people, but now we are God's people!” Children will explore: How we became God’s people * What it means to be God’s people * What being God’s people has to do with Zion’s mission.
We invite all interested children ages 3-12 to join us!
bishop Transition Announcements/Updates:
The Consecration of Bishop-elect Rev. Shannon MacVean-Brown is being held September 28th at the Ira Allen Chapel on the University of Vermont campus. The service will be broadcast live online. For more information go the the diocesan website: https://diovermont.org
UPCOMING ZION EVENTS
STEP INTO THE STORY!
Zion will host a Walk Thru the Bible “Old Testament Live (OTlive)” event on Saturday, November 2nd, from 9 a.m. to noon.
This event is an opportunity to learn more about the Old Testament than you ever thought was possible in just a few hours! We invite you to come and experience the Bible in a unique way. This event will be fun for almost all ages from adults to teens and elementary age children. St. John's Chapel, Manchester Village, Sundays at 11:00 a.m. June 16th (Father’s Day)- September 1st (Labor Day Weekend) in 2019 and Christmas Eve at 7 p.m.
Centering Prayer at Zion- Saturdays from 5-5:30 p.m.
